Elizabeth Knippa was born and raised in Texas. She moved to Austin and began attending Redeemer in 2011, joining her husband, Sky, who has been at Redeemer since 2009. Elizabeth graduated from Whitefield College and Theological Seminary with a degree in Christian Philosophy. After completing her studies at Whitefield, she then decided to pursue her interest and delight in the area of culinary arts. In the spring of 2013, Elizabeth completed her Certificate of Culinary Arts from Austin Community College. She has a passion for Christ-centered feasting and hospitality and hopes to make use of her culinary education in order to serve her family, community, and the Body of Christ.
