After a summer hiatus, Journey of Motherhood will resume meeting on Thursday, September 7, from 10 a.m. to noon in the Library.  Moms and grandmothers of all ages and stages are welcome to join, as they meet every other week. Here’s an invitation from group coordinator Alaina Torrey:

“There is always coffee at Journey of Motherhood, as well as laughter. We are a midweek, midday gathering of Redeemer Moms, our children lovingly cared for downstairs in the nursery while we fellowship, read, pray, and offer listening ears one to another upstairs in the Redeemer Library. Our commitment is to spur one another to love and good deeds, while walking alongside each other in this incredible Journey of Motherhood. You should join us!
This semester, the group will read and discuss Setting Parents Free by Dr. John Cox.

Look for us on Slack – the journeyofmotherhood channel — and please consider joining us; we meet every other week and would be thrilled to welcome you.”

Please contact Alaina if you are new to the group to let her know about your child care needs (number and age of children): alaina.torrey@gmail.com.
