CloseRev. Eric Landry - March 7, 2021
John 16:4b-15
Two weeks ago, Jesus introduced us to the person and work of the Holy Spirit. Through our study of John 14, we learned the Spirit is our “Advocate,” which is a legal term Jesus uses to show how the Spirit continues his work of establishing righteousness for his people even after Jesus ascends into heaven. This week, we turn again to a study of the Holy Spirit in John 16. We’ll pay particular attention to verse 8 where Jesus says that the Spirit will convict the world "concerning sin, righteousness, and judgment.” What does this mean and why does the Spirit do it? Join us this week to find out!
