The Redeemer Session has appointed a search committee consisting of pastors Jon Herr (chair) and Danny Morgan, ruling elder Randy Scott and Redeemer members Kate Ray and Karim Ly to oversee the search for a new Youth Director. We are grateful for current Youth Director Daniel Eaton’s nine years of faithful service to the teens at Redeemer. He served while finishing his Ph.D. at UT and even as he launched a full-time teaching career at Regents School of Austin.
We are looking for a candidate who can commit 25 hours per week to serving our youth and developing them in Christ. The ideal candidate will have begun or will be looking to begin seminary to complete his education remotely while working with us part time serving our youth. We hope this position will both bless our congregation and provide an opportunity for ministry development in the PCA. Please pray for our committee as they meet, for potential applicants as they discern our position, and also this search as a whole. We are hoping to have this position filled by this fall.
